In a long interview with Corriere dello Sport, the argentine talent opens the doors for a possible return to the capital.

"I was pleased and surprised. Its a motivaton to go forward and believe in what I do every day."
Veron at Lazio! It seems like a crazy idea, it can become reality. What do you think? Can you return to Rome? ..
"As soon as my wife heard she said "it would be beautiful." Rome is a fantastic city to live in and I still have a lot to give. When I left, some thought "Veron is finished as a player" and I had physical problems. What's said though is one thing, things don't always happen that way ... I felt the need to go back home to Argentina. So much time had passed since I first left, I was very young."
How are you today Veron?
"I feel good, I feel full of life and Imhappy. I am hungry for football like I'm 20 years old. I have a deal with Estudiantes til June with an option for another year, but I repeat, I don't close the door on anyone."
The fans of Lazio call for your return.
"The biancocelesti always made me feel at home even when I returned to Olimpico wearing other jerseys. My family has also remained linked to the city, to the experience, to those wonderful years."
Would return to Rome?
"Decisions are not easy to make, but certain feelings help you make them."
If some other clubs called, what would you say?
"There offers that I;ve received are from America and Brazil, I have spoken. But no offer can interest me like the one from my home or from Lazio. I'll always remember those laziali moments. I would like to return to experiences more, perhaps many, maybe even more beautiful."
